I have somehow lost myself...
I have been surrounded by strangers for too long.
I go deep within myself, looking,
Only to find emptiness where there used to be joy...
An uneasy sense of longing where one there was peace.
I could look into your eyes and feel warmth and love...
But where are you now?
Who can I look to that will know me in that instant,
When our eyes speak of a love that has been there for so long?
Where do I turn to find myself again... to feel love again....
